Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Transport and Investment Company (Mubarrad) will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 3 April.

The EGM will vote on choosing a new commercial identity and changing the company's name to Batek Investment and Logistics, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

Voting on amending Article 43 of the firm's bylaws, concerning the dividends distribution, will be a part of the EGM as well.

Moreover, the board’s report for the year which ended on 31 December and electing a board for the next session will be considered in the meeting.

During the fiscal year, profits declined 71.83% to SAR 14.46 million from SAR 51.3 million in FY15.
