Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Commercial Real Estate (Al-Tijaria) approved paying a cash dividend of 5% for fiscal year 2016.

The Kuwaiti firm will pay 5 fils per share to the entitled shareholders for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.

During FY16, earnings shrank by 25.8% to KWD 15.3 million from KWD 20.6 million in FY15.
