Mubasher: The general assembly of Al Jazeira Services approved the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividends for 2016.

The dividends will be distributed at OMR 0.15 per share, representing 15% of the paid-in capital, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company's capital amounts to OMR 6.12 million, distributed over 61.2 million shares at a nominal value of OMR 0.1 per share.

The company posted OMR 1.64 million profits in 2016, with a 57.13% decline, compared to OMR 3.83 million in 2015.
