Doha - Mubasher: The general assembly of Mannai Corp approved the proposal to distribute cash dividends for 2016.

The company will distribute QAR 4 per share representing 40% of the share's nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

The capital amounts to QAR 456.2 million, distributed over 45.62 million shares at a nominal value of QAR 10 per share.

The assembly also agreed on the board and auditors' reports for the fiscal year.

Annual profits increased 0.43% to QAR 535.1 million in 2016 from QAR 532.8 million by the end of 2015.
