Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Jazeera Steel Products has approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for last year at 9 baisas per share, with a total value of OMR 1.12 million.

The dividends represent 9% of the company’s capital, which totals OMR 12.49 million distributed over 124.9 million shares at a par value of OMR 0.1 per share, according to the company’s statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).

Al Jazeera's profits increased by 152.8% in 2016 and reached OMR 4.6 million compared to OMR 1.82 million in the year before.
