Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Shell Oman Marketing Company approved the proposal of distributing cash dividends for 2016 at 106 baisas per share with a total value of OMR 10.07 million.

Dividends represent 106% of the company’s capital, the company said on Tuesday in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).

The company’s capital is OMR 9.5 million distributed over 95 million shares, with a nominal value of OMR 0.1 per share.

In a former statement, Shell had stated that the profits will be distributed to shareholders in April.
