Mubasher: The general assembly of Muscat Finance Company has approved the distribution of cash dividends and bonus shares, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) that dividends will be distributed at 10 baisas per share or 10% of capital, with a total value of OMR 2.67 million.

Meanwhile, the bonus shares will be distributed at 7%, the statement indicated.

Muscat Finance’s current capital amounts to OMR 26.67 million distributed over 266.72 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.1.
