Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Amana Cooperative Insurance approved appointing Mahmoud Mohammed Al Toukhi as the board’s chairman.

Al Toukhi will fill the position during the board’s session that already started on 16 May 2016 and ends on 15 May 2019, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The new chairman holds a Master's degree of Business Administration from the United States International University – Africa (USIU) in 1992 and has a practical experience exceeding 20 years.

On 14 March, Amana’s board agreed on the resignation of the former chairman, Abdulaziz Bin Ibrahim, to continue as a board member.
