Riyadh – Mubasher: Alujain Corp announced the stepdown of its president, Marwan Nusair Mohamed Nusair, due to personal reasons.

The company noted that the resignation was approved on 17 April and will be effective on 18 June, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Waheeb Abdullah Linjawi will be acting president, until a new one is appointed.
