European stocks open Friday higher

Mubasher: European stocks opened Friday’s trading session in the green zone, amid anticipations of some economic data

The Stoxx Europe 600 index rose 0.05% to reach 378.24 points by 8:15am GMT.

Britain’s FTSE 100 index grew 0.10% to 7,125.9 points, while the German DAX index stabilised at 12,028.4 points.

Meanwhile, the French CAC index declined 0.42% to reach 5,056.7 points after the late Thursday’s shooting that left one policeman dead and two others injured in Paris.
