Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) approved distributing 5% of capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.

REAM’s capital stands at KWD 10.45 million that is distributed on 104.5 million shares.

In FY16, the company posted a decline of 12.4% in profits to around KWD 790,800 from approximately KWD 902,960 in FY15.
