Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) will start the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of 2016 on 30 April.

The company will pay dividends at SAR 0.50 per share or 5% of capital, totalling SAR 600 million, according to a bourse filing.

The distribution will be through the National Commercial Bank (NCB) for eligible shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of trades on the general assembly day on 6 April.

On the twelve-month level of 2016, the company’s profits declined 41.42% to SAR 86.48 million from SAR 147.62 million in 2015.
