Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments (DI) completed projects worth over $85 million through its subsidiaries across Africa, according to a statement.

Emirates Building Systems (EBS) topped DI’s subsidiaries with investments worth $15.12 million in Africa.

EBS’ projects include the Reggane Nord Development Project with $6 million worth of contracts, the $2.86 million Algeria Timimoun Field Development project, and the $5.47 million Power Plant in Algeria.

DI’s unit Labtec also has a number of projects in Africa, including Arba Minch worth $91,459 in Ethiopia, Ostuka Pharmaceutical worth $138,000, and the $255,000 EVA Pharmaceuticals in Egypt, in addition to the $816,000 Agriculture College in Eritrea.

Emirates Glass has provided its services for various projects including Hyatt Arusha worth $137,000 in Tanzania, Arboretum Kenya worth $80,000, and Addis Ababa Hyatt Regency Hotel worth $80,000.

North Africa has around $473 billion worth of active projects, offering a promising growth potential.
