Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Wednesday’s trading session with a mixed performance, as the price index levelled up 0.34% or 23.42 points to 6,854.27 points, the weighted index gained 0.20%, and Kuwait-15 index rose by 0.16%.

The market’s liquidity increased to KWD 24.59 million from KWD 17.65 million in the past session, while trading volume grew to 275.29 million shares from 173.63 million.

The real estate segment topped seven gainers with 1.24%, on the back of Taameer which levelled up 6.2%.

Meanwhile, the oil sector led decliners with 1.4%, dragged by Burgan Drilling which lost 5.56%.

UPAC was the top winner with a gain of 7.25%, while Shuaiba Industrial led losers with a drop of 10%.

Manazel was the most active stock on which 32.7 million shares were exchanged, rising 5.56%.

Human Soft recorded the highest trading value of nearly KWD 3 million, falling 2.58%.
