Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed Wednesday’s trading session 0.19% or 2.58 points lower at 1,334.03 points.
The market’s turnover stood at nearly BHD 496,600 after the trading volume amounted to 2.56 million shares.
The banks segment edged down 0.14%, dragged by Bahrain Islamic Bank which lost 6.67% to be the top loser.
Meanwhile, the investment sector went up 0.16%, on the back of Inovest which rose by 10% to be the top winner.
Khaleeji Commercial was the most active stock on which 800,000 shares were traded.
BBK recorded the highest liquidity of about BHD 178,200.
