Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi trade balance recorded SAR 292 billion in February 2017 compared to SAR 403 million in the year-ago period.

The balance achieved surplus for the twelfth month in a row, according to the Saudi General Authority of Statistics.

 The kingdom’s exports reached SAR 65.787 billion, while its imports stood at SAR 36.604 billion in February this year.

In January, trade balance also achieved surplus by SAR 25.8 billion.

The Saudi non-oil exports fell 8.8% to SAR 12.62 billion in February 2017 compared to SAR 13.84 billion in February 2016.
