Riyadh – Mubasher: Dallah Healthcare Co’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on Wednesday, 26 April, a 20% cash dividend or SAR 2 per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a statement.

The dividends will be distributed as of Monday, 8 May.

Shareholders of record as of the end of the trading session on 30 April will be entitled to receive dividends.

The shareholders also approved during their meeting a remuneration of SAR 200,000 for each board member for FY16.
