Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Financial Group Hermes Holding’s (EFG Hermes) ordinary general meeting (OGM) has adopted a proposal to distribute cash dividends of EGP 2.75 per share for fiscal year 2016.

Total dividends amount to EGP 1.69 billion and will be distributed in two instalments; the first is valued at EGP 276.7 million and the second is worth EGP 1.41 billion, according to a bourse filing released on Thursday.

The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
