Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed Thursday’s session 0.14% or 1.87 points lower at 1,332.16 points.

The industrial segment lost 0.46%, dragged by Alba which retreated 0.48%.

The insurance sector levelled down 1.58%, dragged by National Holding which dropped 5.26% to be the top loser.

The market’s turnover amounted to nearly BHD 868,500 after the trading volume stood at 4.11 million shares.

Khaleeji Commercial Bank was the most active stock on which 1.58 million shares were traded.
