Riyadh – Mubasher: One transaction privately executed on Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co's (Sadafco) shares totalled SAR 11.51 million on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The transaction saw the trading of 91,350 of the company's shares at SAR 126 per share, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Sadafco’s share traded between SAR 125.75 and SAR 126.

Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
