The Listing committee held on 27/04/2017 has allowed " Orascom Development Holding (A G)" to go through the procedures of the voluntary de-listing for its (EDR'S) , based on its Issued EDR's amounted to 189,123,620 EDRs, according to the letter received from MCDR on 18/4/2017. The company should purchase the EDRs of the protested, prejudiced holders, in consideration for the free float percentage of the company's issued EDRS of 7.56940% referring to the statement received from "MCDR" , dated on 02/04/2017, according to the company's extraordinary general assembly meeting dated 01/03/2017 and the NOC of EFSA dated 04/04/2017 , the decrees of EFSA's BOD #3 for the year 2010 , #29 for the year 2017 and all the related decrees in this concern.   where the related transactions should be carried out before removing the listing data of the company from EGX database, according to article no. (55) of the Listing Rules, Article no. (74) of its Executive Regulation, concerning the voluntary de-listing. The company should also publish a related announcement in two daily wide spreading newspapers including the details of such purchasing procedures, according to the aforementioned voluntary de-Listing Rules and Regulations.
