Riyadh - Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi will start the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of 2016 on 4 May.

The company will distribute dividends at SAR 0.50 per share or 5% of the par value, totalling SAR 601.11 million, according to a bourse filing.

The distribution will be through direct deposits in the bank accounts of the eligible shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of trades on the meeting’s day on 20 April.

The bank achieved a net profit of SAR 374 million in Q4-16, 60.66% down from SAR 950 million in Q4-15.
