Riyadh - Mubasher: Bishah Agriculture Development announced the suspension of its shares from over-the-counter (OTC) trade as of 23 April.

The move came after the decision of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regarding the firms of which accumulated losses reached 20% or more of capital.

The company noted that the suspension will be also on its share from trading in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), main market, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

Accumulated losses reached SAR 71.19 million by the end of March, representing 142.4% of the company’s capital, which totals SAR 50 million.
