Mubasher: The prices of real estate sector in Saudi Arabia decreased by 10% during the first quarter of 2017 when compared to the same quarter of 2016, according to recent data issued by the General Authority for Statistics.

The data showed that from January to March 2017, prices of residential properties decreased by 9.5% when compared to the same period of 2016.

On an annual basis, prices of the commercial real estate segment declined by 11.7% in Q1-17.
