Riyadh – Mubasher: The special assembly of the sukuk holders of National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) will meet on 14 June.

The meeting will vote on the approval and wavering any right that may be granted as per decisions and pledges related to the sukuk, as a result for the announced deal by Cristal.

In February, Tasnee had said that it will pay total debts of SAR 6.3 billion of its subsidiary titanium dioxide business Cristal after selling its assets to chemical company Tronox Ltd.
