Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Arada has launched the second phase of Nasma Residences in the heart of new Sharjah, according to a statement.

This action came after the first phase was sold out ahead of schedule due to unprecedented demand.

Nasma Residences Phase One is scheduled for completion in late 2018, featuring a total of over 800 contemporary villas and townhouses, delivered over four phases, in addition to other facilities.

Arada has also confirmed that construction on the Sharjah residential community’s 6,500 square feet-mall, Nasma Square, will begin in July.
