Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (Sadafco) announced that its shareholders meeting will take place on 24 May to discuss distributing cash dividends amounting to SAR 4 per share, totalling SAR 130 million.

The shareholders will also vote on a SAR 2 million remuneration for the company’s board for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company’s net profits declined to SAR 73.38 million during the quarter ended 31 March 2017, compared to SAR 79.97 million in the same quarter in 2016
