Dubai – Mubasher: Jumeirah Golf Estates has launched an additional tower of affordable luxury apartments in its Alandalus development.

The new tower will bring an additional 120 Mediterannean-inspired apartments to aspiring investors and home-owners, according to a press release on Monday.

The new residential tower is expected to be handed over by the third quarter of 2019. The first phase of its sales will be launched on Wednesday, 17 May.

The company noted that the first two towers were already sold out and are on track for their 2018 handover.

In February, the firm was able to sell 65 units in Alandalus project.

Launched in May 2015, Alandalus is pegged for completion in 2018 and bridges luxury living with affordable prices, the statement added.
