Kuwait – Mubasher: Combined Group Contracting said Monday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 20 fils (20% of the capital) for fiscal year 2016.

The OGM also agreed to distribute 10-for-100 bonus shares worth KWD 1.35 million for the year ended 31 December 2016, totalling 13.5 million shares, according to a bourse filing.

The stock closed Monday’s trading at 560 fils.
