Riyadh – Mubasher:  Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 30 May to discuss the board’s recommendation to not distribute dividends for 2016.

The company said that the decision aims to support the financial position of the company, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The meeting will also consider the board's and auditors’ reports for 2016.

The Saudi-listed company recorded a loss of SAR 118 million in the twelve months of 2016 against SAR 33.5 million net profits in the year-ago period.
