Riyadh – Mubasher: Advanced Petrochemical's board decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of 2017.

The company will pay dividends at SAR 0.70 per share, totalling SAR 137.8 million and representing 7% of the nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Shareholders of record at the end of trades on 22 June and on the following day of the eligibility date would be entitled to the dividends' distribution.

The distribution date will be announced later, the statement said.

The Saudi-listed firm's profits fell 12.9% year-on-year to SAR 124.4 million in the first quarter of 2017 from SAR 142.9 million.
