Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: United Insurance Company received the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority to extend the trading period on the subscription rights in its capital increase shares, according to a press release on Wednesday.

The end of the subscription period after the extension will be 6 June instead of 18 May, the company said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The last date of privatisation and the return of the subscription surplus will be on 13 June, the UAE insurance company concluded.
