Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) fell 0.13% or 8.71 points to 6,931.77 points at Wednesday’s open.

By 09:35 am KSA time, 25.25 million shares were exchanged through 12,320 transactions at a value of SAR 385.4 million.

The retailing sector led the worst performers and decreased 1.4%, followed by the media and materials sectors by 1.3% and 0.24%, respectively.

On the other hand, the REITs sector topped the green zone and rose 1.7%, followed by the banks and telecom sectors with 0.3% and 0.08%, respectively.

Al Sagr Insurance declined 3.8% to lead the losing stocks, while Saudi Paper Manufacturing topped gainers and increased 3.2%.

Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market added 1.7 % or 71.91 points to stand at 4,320.46 points.

Raydan Co advanced 3.47%, followed by Baazeem Trading and Abo Moati for Bookstores which levelled up 1.3% and 0.8%, respectively.
