Riyadh - Mubasher: Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI) announced that it will begin on Tuesday 23 May, distributing cash dividends to shareholders for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday that dividends will be distributed through direct deposits through the Arab National Bank (ANB).

On 10 May, the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved the 10% dividends for last year.

The company will distribute SAR 1 per share, totalling SAR 27.5 million.
