Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGXD) opened Thursday’s session on a mixed note, amid sales by Arab traders.

By 10:32 am Cairo time, the benchmark EGX30 index rose 0.13% or 16.4 points to the level of 13,080 points.

Likewise, the EGX100 index grew 0.23%, while the EGX70 and EGX50 indices fell by 0.03% and 0.19%, respectively.

Trading volume reached 38.6 million shares exchanged at EGP 116.7 million through 3,240 transactions.

Heavyweight Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) declined 0.75% to EGP 77.21.

Heliopolis Housing, Eastern Company, SODIC, HADISOLB, and Ezz Steel rose between 2.73% and 0.95%.

Egyptian and foreign traders were net buyers by EGP 2.7 million and EGP 8.3 million, respectively, while Arab traders were net sellers by EGP 11.05 million.
