Riyadh – Mubasher: Bank AlJazira on Thursday has signed an agreement with Al Jazira Takaful Taawuni Co, with a duration period of one year.

The deal value stands at about SAR 696,300 with estimates of no financial impact, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

In another statement to Tadawul, Bank AlJazira said it signed another agreement with Al Jazira Takaful for SAR 2.36 million, with a maturity of one year.

Meanwhile, Al Jazira Takaful clarified that the financial impact of the second deal will be registered in the income statements of fiscal years 2017 and 2018.

At the stock level, Bank AlJazira closed Thursday’s session 1.29% higher at SAR 11.79.  Al Jazira Takaful closed the session 1.54% lower at SAR 28.10.
