Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said Sunday that the Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) has submitted documents to raise the bank’s issued capital from EGP 11.5 billion to EGP 11.6 billion via distributing incentive stocks worth EGP 79.3 million.
The EGX is reviewing the documents to submit them to the Listing Committee, according to a statement.
The bank had earlier posted a net profit of EGP 1.75 billion for the first three months of fiscal year 2017.
The stock fell last Thursday by 0.98% to EGP 77.03.
