Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Housing Authority on Sunday announced its intention to deliver the two projects of Ain Al Fayda and Jebel Hafeet in the third and fourth quarters of 2017, according to its official Twitter account.

The Ain Al Fayda project is located near Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain city, with a total area of 3.7 million square metres, including 2,000 villas, the authority added.

The size of one residential unit in the project is 900 square meters, while the average building area of the residential unit is 405 square metres.

The Jebel Hafeet project is located in the western basin of Jebel Hafeet, with an area of 4.5 million square metres, including 3,000 villas, the authority noted.

The area of one residential unit in Jebel Hafeet is 900,000 square metres and the average building area is 372 square metres.
