Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding announced the proposed dates for completing the milestones of the capital reduction process, according to a bourse statement. 

This is the final step in the company’s recapitalisation programme to strengthen its financial position.

The closing date of the subscription period is set at 28 May 2017.

Latest date of allocation of the new shares and refund is set at 5 June, while the listing of the new shares will be on 8 June and notice to creditors is determined at 22 May.

The board meeting is set at 21 June, with the entitlement date being on 22 June.
