Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) shed 0.03% or 2.39 points to 6,988.14 points at Monday’s open.
By 10:40 am KSA time, 34.17 million shares were exchanged through 11,040 transactions at a value of SAR 444.87 million.
The commercial services sector fell 1.1%, followed by the real estate sector by 0.24%.
On the other hand, the consumer durables sector rose 0.71%, followed by the retailing and REIT sectors by 0.6% and 0.33%, respectively.
The telecom, banks, and material sectors opened in the green and added 0.25%, 0.07%, and 0.03%, respectively.
Al Yamamah Steel led losers and declined 3.6%, while Al Khodary topped gainers and hiked 4.7%.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market went down 0.17% or 7.26 points to stand at 4,186.91 points.
Al-Omran Industrial Trading solely fell 1.1%, while Baazeem Trading rose marginally 0.03%.
