Doha – Mubasher: Vodafone Qatar’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 12 June 2017, the company stated on Wednesday.

In case of incomplete quorum, it will be held on 14 June, according to a filing to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).

The shareholders will discuss the board of director’s report and the company’s financial position, review the external auditor’s report on the company’s accounts, and approve the balance sheet and the profit and loss accounts for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017.

On a year-on-year basis, the company’s losses dropped 42.2% to QAR 269.18 million, from QAR 465.71 million.

Vodafone Qatar’s fiscal year starts on 1 April and extends to 31 March every year.

The company’s stock closed on Tuesday at QAR 8.98 after losing 0.11%.
