Dubai – Mubasher: Al Hamra Real Estate Development (AHRED) on Wednesday said it is finalising the Manar Mall expansion project at a value of $180 million, according to a press release.

This project, located in Ras Al Khaimah, will contribute to increasing the available leasable area to 60,000 square metres from 30,000 square metres, in addition to 120 new stores, the company’s statement added.

The first phase of expansion will be completed in the second quarter in 2017, Al Hamra noted.

This will raise the number of dining, shopping, and leisure outlets, as well as stores of international brands at Manar Mall, the UAE real estate firm indicated.

“The expansion project in Manar Mall is in line with the increasing request for retail outlets in residential complexes, which focuses on different aspects of the experience compared to the huge malls in the UAE," head of Commercial at AHRED Barry Ebrahimy said.
