Kuwait – Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing said its shareholders approved 15% cash dividends or 15 fils per share for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2016, according to a bourse statement.

The shareholders also gave the go-ahead to 10% bonus shares on a 10-for-100 basis.

The company’s capital amounts to KWD 121.8 million, distributed on 1.21 billion shares at 100 fils per share.
