Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance in Thursday’s early trades.
The DFMGI added 0.12% or 4.02 points to reach 3,355.53 points by 10:20 am UAE time.
The real estate sector went up 0.22% after Arabtec Holding and Emaar Properties grew 0.67% and 0.41%, respectively.
The banks sector climbed 0.20% as Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) levelled up 0.34%.
On the other hand, the consumer staples sector was the worst performer after falling 1.02% as DXB Entertainments slid 1.15%.
The market saw trading of 5.8 million shares through 138 transactions, with a turnover of AED 6.6 million.
DFM Company was the most active stock after trading 1.02 million shares, with a turnover of AED 1.09 million.
