Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) went up 0.09% or 5.96 points to 6,907.39 points at Thursday’s open.
By 10:37 am KSA time, 23.89 million shares were exchanged through 8,120 transactions at a value of SAR 429.42 million.
The retailing sector led hikes and added 0.54%, followed by the consumer services and healthcare by 0.34% and 0.3%, respectively.
On the other hand, the media sector fell 0.32%.
The material sector increased 0.18%, followed by the telecom and banks sectors which advanced 0.09% and 0.02%, respectively.
Al Hokair led the gaining stocks and levelled up 3.3%, while Saudi Re topped the losing ones and levelled down 4.9%.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market stood stable at 4,148.77 points.
Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries rose solely by 0.31%.
