Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index Tadawul All Shares Index (TASI) of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) fell at Thursday’s close by 0.43% or 29.71 points to the level of 6,871.72 points, extending losses for the fourth session in a row.

Turnover increased to SAR 2.59 billion from SAR 2.02 billion on Wednesday, as trading volume also rose to 142.55 million shares from 107.2 million shares.

The consumer durables and apparel sector fell 1.7%, the REITs sector dropped 1.4%, and the capital goods sector shrank 0.96%.

The telecom, banks, and materials sectors declined 0.62%, 0.53%, and 0.38%, respectively.

On the other hand, the healthcare sector rose 0.91%.

Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance topped losers after falling 5.6%, while Saudi Cement topped gainers after adding 2.8%.

On another note, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market fell 1.3% or 53.98 points to the level of 4,094.79 points.

Trading volume reached 115,500 shares exchanged at SAR 2.54 million.
