Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding unit, has commenced the main construction works at its Soho Square urban development in the university neighbourhood Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi.

Emirates Link Maltauro will carry out the main works of the mixed-use, 302-residence development, which will be situated close to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and encompass residential, retail, and commercial spaces, according to a statement.

“Given the high demand for quality urban housing with high-end amenities on the island, Bloom is committed to the timely delivery of the project that will ensure compliance with best-in-class construction standards,” CEO of Bloom Holding Samed Muhtadi stated.

The Soho Square project will include studios, three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, and a penthouse, as well as a raft of commercial and retail facilities and amenities including restaurants, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
