Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas was granted on 13 June an additional injunction from the commercial division of the High Court of Justice in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), according to a bourse statement.

The injunction restrains any enforcement action against the company’s BVI assets.

It also protects Dana's position pending the outcome of the UAE court’s action to have its sukuk Al Mudaraba dated 8 May 2013 declared unlawful.
