Asharqiyah Development Company announces that the 9th Extraordinary General Meeting (1st and 2nd) scheduled to be held yesterday Sunday 18th of June 2017 at the Swiss International Al Hamra - Dammam (Golden Tulip Al Hamra previously) was not quorate where the attendance rate for both meetings was 6.81%. Hence, it was decided to postpone the meeting and call for a third meeting which will be determined and announced after obtaining the required approvals.
