Dubai – Mubasher: News of new acquisitions among companies listed on the UAE stock markets will push traders to increase their positions in some stocks on Tuesday, analysts told Mubasher.

Monday’s trading session witnessed the significant rise of UAE-listed small caps and blue chips, capital market analyst Doaa Farouk told Mubasher.

News that Dana Gas will have a new strategic partner may return some liquidity to the company’s stocks; thus, affecting the Abu Dhabi bourse positively, Farouk added.

Most portfolio investors tended to make purchases of local stocks. especially mid and small caps, which reached attractive price levels, capital market analyst Salem Al Nuwairi told Mubasher

Traders are showing interest in stocks of the companies which are restructuring their capital, like Drake and Scull International (DSI), Al Nuwairi added.
